Hey y'all! Happy Friday!

I'm sure you all have been waiting for this, specifically because we have been going through every other character other than Lois for quite some time now. And I am pleased to say we are well on our way now! This scene took some time this week, because I'd really hate to disappoint when it comes to her. I actually spent quite some time this week demo'ing a ton of different styles of dresses for her and I think I had like 9-10 different dress variations at one point (which is kind of nuts), but I was able to finally nail down the dress I wanted for her (plus with a little bit of focus testing from some other people), to finally settle on what Lois is going to be wearing for the prom update. Now that it's been chosen, let me know what you all think! Aside from working on this scene, I was busy finalizing the voice acting piece of this update, which led me to ask a question, would it be worth delaying the update to get chapter 5 fully voice acted as well? I want to throw that question to all of you, so I will also be posting a poll for the patrons shortly after this.

So what does this mean for work from here on out? Here is what is left:

• Lois scenes - 2-3 weeks
  • I am thinking at a minimum two and a half more scenes for her
  • In the interest of making sure I give her the love she deserves, I will be spending much more time on her scenes. This goes doubly so for her last scene, since I am sure a lot of you are looking forward to that!
• Lois Character Model - a day
  • Now that I have the dress squared away, I should be able to finish that this weekend
• Connie's Mom Character Model - a day
  • This is just for a small scene that happens before prom, I think I will focus on it this weekend alongside Lois' character model and get it squared away this weekend.
• Stu Character Model - a day
  • This will be in a prom suit
  • Really this is going to be a bit intense with all the possible combinations the character has with the glasses, beard, etc.
• Story Outline and Story - 2 weeks
  • This is something I am going to save till the end, as I like to have the art drive the story initially, and then have the story correct/add more art at the end
  • I'll wrap in the animations as a part of this as well
• Voice Acting
  • This is going to be done in parallel with the other work, so I won't provide a time estimate for this one as it won't cause any delay (aside from the idea I had above).

So I am pretty confident in saying that, beyond this point, the countdown to the release can safely begin. I am going to do my best to get the release ready for patrons within 4-5 weeks. I will be spending some time to make sure the Lois scenes turn out as good as they can, so please bear with me as I spend more time with her than Meg and Connie.
