Hey y'all! Happy Friday!

It feels weird to take such a long break from writing these progress updates, and it feels good to be back.

As all of you probably know by now, I am taking a hard turn away from Lois this update, and focuses on Bonnie this next update. This means that I am going back to the beginning of the game, and going to be adding art, story, and choices for her for all the early chapters from here on out. A little bit of bad news, that does mean that you will need to play the game from the beginning with a new save once this version comes out. The good news is, the amount of story that I need to write will be drastically cut, since I just need to focus on the Bonnie story scenes being added to the early chapters.

Speaking of which, I do want to do a good amount of art for the update, such that progression with Bonnie will fit into the story, but I don't want it to take another year for Bonnie to reach the same level of content as Lois. But I need to brainstorm and see how exactly I can do that.

For now, I have gotten started on the art as you can see above haha. Her body type has a little bit of wiggle room in my head, but will be like this for the most part. This coming week, I'll be working on some backgrounds, as well as a different model for her that will fit her story arc that it will be taking. I have a general idea of what I want for her story, but making sure I nail her character arc and making that fit into the current storyline might also require some brainstorming. But no doubt, beyond this point, we are in the midst of working on the art for the next update.

Also in other news, the stickers for the last update have arrived! I'll be sending those out shortly after I pick up some more postage stamps this weekend haha. I also have gotten started on the voice acting script for Lois for the last update, so hopefully I can make some meaningful progress on that in the meantime as well. Which leads me to my next point: Once the voice acting for Lois will be done for Chapter 6, the entire game will be voice acted for Lois. This is a good time for me to experiment a little with AI Voices, as I haven't been able to find any voice actresses for any of the other characters. I know everyone has very mixed opinions about this, so I'll be putting out a patron poll, as well as a discord poll, to see if I should move forward with that. I am curious to hear what you all think!
