Hey y'all! Happy Friday!

I'm happy to say that I made solid progress this week. I was able to get a extensive Connie scene done (as you can see above, along with a character model. Here are the details:

• Connie in car scene
  • 2 major variations
    • The way this scene plays out will change pretty heavily based on whether you are on the gigachad route or not
  • 3 minor variations
• Character model for Connie's mom

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a background done this week, as I was really trying to find the best way to set up this scene, and there were a lot of tweaks based off of how I wanted her to pose this scene. Good news is, All I have left to do for Connie is a final scene + one ad hoc scene (I am debating whether or not I want to do this, and if I can reuse some of my sketches to speed the process up). I am setting a goal for myself to make sure all of the Connie content is finished by the end of next week, and that way I can start on Lois (which will be the final portion of the art).

In a little bit of other news, I have also started the voice acting process for this update with the actress, with Chapter two done and Chapter three and four being worked on. I still need to review it and add it to the game, but we are slowly starting to approach the end of the artwork and the story soon. I am still looking at a late November/early December release date, so no delays on my end so far. But as always, I will keep all of you posted in case anything happens. Here is what is left to do (in terms of overall effort) before I release v0.05:

• Finish Connie + Lois scenes: ~3 weeks
• Finish backgrounds and character models: ~0.5 weeks
• Review and add voice acting for the game up until Chapter 4: ~1 week
• Write the story and all the branching choices (since this update you will be locked into a character storyline, rather than being able to play the field) ~2 weeks

Although in total it seems like it will take roughly 6.5 weeks to finish everything, there are some of these I can do in parallel, so the outlook right now is roughly a month from now at earliest, and a month and half at latest. Hope that doesn't seem like too long of a wait!
