Hey y'all! Happy Friday!

I had a pretty productive time this past week, working on all of the Meg scenes for the next update. In fact, due to the progress, I have two separate ways to proceed for the next official update. I'll send out a poll soon to get everyone's opinions on that.

But this week I was able to get done the following things:

• Two Meg Scenes (Both in the dressing room)
  • One small animation
  • 8-9 variations for each scene

So from this week on my focus will switch back to Lois for the time being, as I see what scenes to work on (testing out poses and scenes that will work for the story), and what animations I would like to add.

But now I have arrived at a fork in the road: How many scenes should I add to this update? I want to have updates be relatively cohesive in nature, with story arcs being added in complete pieces, rather than have updates that all end with weird cliffhangers. The reason I bring this up is, I would like to show Meg transition from her current character model, to her new character model as part of the story. I have story arc planned out in my head, but there is no way I can realize the entirety of the story arc within the span of two days (the usual update amount)... I can squeeze it into four with some pacing, but that comes with some bad news and some good news. This means that the update will take me longer (as I just don't want to throw in a few empty days waiting for something to happen), but the good news is, I will be adding more scenes over the span of those two extra days I will be adding to this update.

This is where I will throw the choice to you, the patrons. That is the poll I will sending out shortly after. The caveat is this, I can release a rough beta version after I finish two days of content, while only giving patrons access (This allows me to focus on v0.04 as my next public update with all the Meg and Lois content of the extra two days added on). Or I can directly release v0.03 with just two days of content, and kick the meg transformation to the next update cycle instead.

As a small benefit to patrons, any patron who plays the beta test version, and provides at least 1 piece of positive and 1 piece of negative feedback will get a shoutout at the end of the game as a beta tester.

That aside, if we go as plan for semi-monthly releases, then I should be completely done with meg scenes, and will be looking to do 2-3 scenes of varying quality with Lois before starting the story, music, and scripting for v0.03. If we choose to go with the beta-testing -> v0.04 release, I would have one last meg scene to do before the Prom event for her, and maybe 6 scenes total for Lois...? As always, with more progress updates, I can provide more of an update on the timeline and total scenes.
